A: First, you should choose to fit the primary wearing parent. For most families this will be the breastfeeding mom. After that, your choice will be based upon your weight and height.

*Petite = 101 to 125 lbs(46 to 57 kg) | 5'1" to 5'4"(153 to 163 cm)

*Regular = 126 to 180 lbs (57 to 82 kg)| 5'5" to 5'10"(163 to 178cm)

*Long = 181 to 225 lbs (82 to 113 kg) | 5'11" + (179+ cm)
